В школьной жизни учебная деятельность занимает главенствующее место, но для развития и становления личности ребёнка только учебной деятельности недостаточно. Ребёнок — активный субъект, созидатель. Ему необходимо помочь в позитивной самореализации в условиях разностороннего взаимодействия. Педагог должен так организовать развивающее пространство, чтобы в многообразии деятельности каждый обучающийся мог реализовать свои возможности, участвуя в созидании и творческом преобразовании действительности.

И, прежде всего, в школе должна быть творческая развивающая среда, ведь творчество — это новизна, радость озарения, способность сделать то, чего ещё не было.

Ребенка нельзя «сделать», «произвести», «вылепить» как вещь, как продукт, как пассивный результат воздействия извне. В здоровом ребёнке с рождения заложена потребность в движении, в деятельности. Включаясь в деятельность, он познаёт себя и окружающий мир, способы и правила взаимодействия с другими людьми, приобретает жизненный опыт и нравственные ценности. Ребёнок творит: сочиняет стихи и сказки, поёт частушки, конструирует, учит своих товарищей тому, что умеет сам, играет роли на сцене, фантазирует, исследует заинтересовавшую его тему. Он уверен в своих силах, развивает свои способности, личностно растёт, осмысливает своё индивидуальное и неповторимое «я».

Современный учитель — это профессионал, способный организовать учебную деятельность детей, показать, как надо учиться, отслеживать их индивидуальный прогресс и возникающие проблемы, своевременно корректировать учебный процесс и учебную деятельность детей, осуществлять индивидуальный подход к каждому ребенку, пользоваться современными образовательными ресурсами.

Кроме того, учитель должен видеть сильные стороны каждого ученика, дать понять детям, что он видит их достоинства независимо от учебных успехов; учить детей анализировать поведение, логику поступков не только литературных героев, но и свои, своих товарищей и взрослых; поощрять детей к свободному проявлению чувств; стремиться поддерживать симпатии детей друг к другу, формировать умение видеть и ценить индивидуальность друг друга. Творчество объединяет процессы познания, развития и воспитания. Таким образом, учитель нового поколения — это еще и творец.

В нашей гимназии работает творческий, высокопрофессиональный коллектив учителей, который объединяет накопленный опыт, новые идеи и современные педагогические технологии и скрепляется любознательностью и жаждой знаний наших учеников.
